DayBy ADHD observation tools
Short attention activities and shared progress records help the adults around a child describe what they observe. DayBy supports conversations about care, not diagnostic decisions.
What you can observe
The current library contains 19 game-like tasks. Each can be tried free without an account. An account is needed to save results and follow progress; available features depend on the plan.
Attention and response control
Tasks such as Flanker, Stroop and sustained-attention games record performance on specific activities. Depending on the task, results include response time, accuracy or errors.
Try this taskWorking memory
Digit span, reversed digit span and spatial-memory tasks offer different ways to observe recall. A task score describes that activity, not a child's overall ability.
Try this taskProgress over time
Saved results, charts and clinician PDF reports help families bring concrete observations to school meetings and appointments. Sharing a profile connects the family with its chosen school or clinic.
Observation, not diagnosis
DayBy does not diagnose ADHD, rule it out, recommend treatment or determine medication effectiveness. Its task scores are not presented as a clinically validated ADHD assessment. A qualified professional must interpret concerns in the context of a full assessment.
Sleep, distractions, practice, motivation and the device used can affect performance. Compare repeated activities cautiously, add everyday observations and discuss changes with your care team. Do not change medication based on DayBy results.
How DayBy fits CADDAC's Resource Map
CADDAC's public form invites organizations and services that support Canadians on their ADHD journey. The comparison below follows its published categories and requested information. It is a category-fit explanation, not a claim that DayBy meets an unpublished clinical standard.
- Resource category
- ADHD App / Online Learning is the closest listed category for DayBy's online observation tools. DayBy is not an ADHD assessment provider, clinic or therapy service.
- Who it supports
- Families, educators and clinicians supporting children with attention concerns, including ADHD. These audiences overlap with the caregivers, educators and medical professionals named on CADDAC's submission page.
- Service area and delivery
- Available online across Canada through a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. DayBy does not provide in-person appointments or access to a clinician.
- Languages
- The application is available in English and French, matching the form's English and French service-language option.
- Organization and contact
- DayBy is a product of Rubicon Microproducts Inc. Public pricing, terms, privacy information and a contact email are available. The submission form also asks for the organization's real base city, province and postal code.

Access, privacy and contact
Free trials are separate from saved account records. Families choose whether to share a child's profile with a school or clinic. Review the privacy policy before entering personal information. DayBy offers free and paid plans, with prices shown in Canadian dollars; a potential CADDAC listing would not make paid features free.
